Entry Criteria
Are there any entry criteria to access the service?
The only criteria is that a concern exists related to the young persons drug or alcohol use. Our goal is to offer an Assessment appointment within 10 working days.

A person may be directed to another service if they do not live in the catchment area. We will offer appointments to young people and their parents who live outside our catchement area if we have capacity and on a case by case basis, if there is no under 18's service in their area.
