Entry Criteria
Are there any entry criteria to access the service?
The person must be willing or have a desire to change and be motivated to begin a recovery process. They must be stable on medications or drug-free. They must be CE eligible. We also offer a voluntary scheme for those who have exhausted CE entitlement.

if and when there is a waiting list we manage those waiting via phone contact and in some cases continue to see on a 1:1 basis

1 week for assessment, 3-6 weeks for other programmes.
Can service users avail of any other services provided by this organisation while they are on the waiting list?
we deliver a recovery social club on a Monday evening from 6-930pm. the only exclusion criteria for this is someone attending that is heavily affected by drug or alcohol use.
