Entry Criteria
Are there any entry criteria to access the service?
The person must have a genuine acceptance of their addiction, demonstrated by either attendance at in-house treatment, ongoing attendance at fellowship meetings or other tangible efforts. They must be free from all mood altering chemicals (including methadone, anti-depressants etc) and agree not to take drugs or gamble for the duration of their time in a recovery group. Those affected by the addiction of another person should agree to focus on their own recovery rather than attempt to 'fix' the person directly affected by addiction.
