Entry Criteria
Are there any entry criteria to access the service?
The person must be female and interested in recovery. For Special CE referrals, the person must fulfill the FAS criteria. Aftercare programmes are run for those who are drug free and for those who are still using street and/or prescribed substances.

A person may be directed to another service if they do not live in the catchment area of if they do not have a link to the North Inner City Drugs Task Force.

There is a short waiting list for non-CE services.
There is a longer waiting list for one of the 14 places on the CE programme.
What is the average waiting time?
Within 10 working days for an assessment for a support service/group programme. 6-12 months for the CE programme.

What fees are there for this service?
There is a small weekly fee for each child coming to the early learning creche facility - this is minimal and negotiable.
